We’re gathered here together

To honor Jesus’ name

A name above all other names

Bestowed on Him by God

With our knees bent our tongues confess

That Jesus Christ is Lord

We’ll honor Him in word and deed

To glorify our God

To edify ourselves

The gifts that Christ has left the church

Are for its building up

One has a teaching, one a song

what’ere that one may bring

We’ll do all things in word and deed

To do the work of God

The gospel is God’s power

To save those who believe

So let us send the light abroad

Where Christ has not been preached
