The church has just one founder

That’s Jesus Christ our Lord

There only is one body

Of which He is the head

So let us as His body

Do as our head directs us

Let’s do the work He’s given

To this His glorious church

The work the church is given

Is found within God’s word

And only what you find there

Is what He’d have us do

So search the sacred pages

And you’ll know what to do

Let every congregation

Be zealous in the work

The church must grow in knowledge

The needy need our aid

There’s lost souls that need saving

So preachers must be sent

So let’s support the work here

By giving of our means

The Lord is sure to bless you
