For years, many of us fought against abortion knowing that innocent lives were being taken.  Now we have an amazing opportunity to see Roe vs. Wade overturned!

Pro-life forces in South Dakota have won an amazing battle in their state legislature.  Do to their hard work and the efforts of some courageous legislators, it is now a felony for a doctor to provide an abortion in South Dakota!

Abortion advocates from across the nation see the danger this new law poses to abortion nationwide.  They have gathered enough petition signatures to place a referendum on the November ballot to repeal the law.

They are also pouring money and resources into the state to try to convince the people of South Dakota to vote against this law.  If this law stands, they know the court challenges that will follow will eventually bring it before the Supreme Court and with the new makeup of the court, Roe vs. Wade could be overturned.

However, the pro-life forces in South Dakota have used almost all of their resources to get the law passed and are left without the necessary funds to protect the law.  Point of View is raising funds to underwrite an education campaign to make sure the people of South Dakota know the truth about this important law when they go to the polls in November.
