My brother Lloyd was killed by a drunk driver on July 12, 1948. I turned 10 on July 23, of that year, but I remember my brother Lloyd even though he enlisted in the Air Force in 1942 when I was only four years old. Lloyd was a great brother. He had a great faith in God. He was very conscientious, as is reflected in the letter I copied below. This letter had been sent to me several weeks ago by my sister Alma, and I came across it while cleaning my desk on April 12, 2007.
